WisdomPoint promotes and encourages leadership based on integrity or  ‘Integral Leadership’. We provide individual coaching or group seminars that focus on excellence, mastery, and integrity.

The formats for this content are flexible in the integral spectrum of teaching, coaching, counseling, consulting, seminars and workshops. The main point is, we won’t mince words. This is about essence, will, fearlessness, and integrity, and not about ‘how to get things done’ expediently. Success is when we do what makes us come alive. We need leaders who want to come alive, not leaders who hanker after “success”.

Over many years of business trainings Andreas has encountered two kinds of leaders on the executive levels of Fortune 500 companies: the leader who inspires, and the leader who does not. It is that simple.
